Moncton Industrial Park: A Proven Business Location; Now, Moncton Industrial Park West, the next great location
Moncton Industrial Park was one of the first industrial parks in the Province of New Brunswick. The park’s developer, Moncton Industrial Development, (MID), was chartered by a special act of the Province of New Brunswick. Its first venture was the Moncton Industrial Park
Today there are close to 300 businesses presently enjoying the benefits and attributes of this fully serviced industrial park.
One look and you'll understand why so many companies are committed to this location. Moncton Industrial Park is adjacent to CN's rail yards and Intermodal system with direct controlled access to the Trans-Canada Highway via Berry Mills Road. The Park is adjacent to the four-lane Wheeler Boulevard, which provides fast, easy access to the Greater Moncton International Airport.
Looking to the future, we are expanding with a wholly new section, Moncton Industrial Park West. And the big news is that sites are now available. There is still plenty of work to do but half of Phase One's 120 acres is open for new business development. The full 120 acres will be opened by late summer of 2011.
