Moncton Industrial Park: A Proven Business Location and Industrial Performer

This is Moncton's most established industrial park, situated in the city's west end. Moncton Industrial Park was launched in 1960 with the acquisition of 100 acres of land.  Today, the park has a total area of 600 fully serviced acres of prime industrial land with close to 300 companies.

But that original 600 acres is now full. Looking to the future a wholly new section, Moncton Industrial Park West, is now under construction. Phase One will open up 120 acres for new business development. Sites will be available as early as Fall, 2010. For more information, download the pdf below.
